They wanted to convert it to an enterprise software that could be utilize by their staff and customers. The also wanted a step wizard on the product landing page so they can quickly start buying and bidding in 5 easy steps.
SolutionWe researched competitors and performed contextual studies with the staff and customers. We were able to create the optimal workflow for each personas. We also determined the product landing page needed to be redesigned as well to improve ease of use and website flow.

Health and Fitness • Website & Mobile App The ProjectThey wanted a website that allowed existing members to register for classes, renew membership, buy merchandise and track their works outs and diet.
SolutionWe determined Peak Fitness needed both a responsive website and a mobile app that can be viewed on both IOS and Android since their customers used both devices.

Book Publisher • Author Portal The ProjectSmashwords soul revenue is from earning a percentage of book sales published through them. However, only half the customer who register as an author actually publish a book. They like to increase that number.
SolutionI recommend Smashwords overhaul their author portal and publishing process so it is more streamline and easier to use. Furthermore, they should offer a step-wizard for new users and an easy one-page form for pre-existing users.

Engines and Generators • Email & Landing Page The ProjectWWP were hosting a suite at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo for their 5 year anniversay. They wanted to notify select customers and have a way for them to register to attend the event.
SolutionWe designed a rodeo them email and landing page, which we helped emailed to their client list using MailChimp since they didn't handle bulk emails through their corporate webserver.

SolutionAfter researching other book series websites and interviewing potential customers, we determined a one page parallax page would be the best option. It allowed a user to scroll through a book teaser before viewing the book series page. However they wanted a user to log on to avoid pirating issues and be able to update the website without programming.
SolutionAfter researching other download websites and interviewing potential customers, we determined using WordPress would offer the client the best solution. It had a built in member registration and login feature as well as allowed the client to update the website with no prior programming experience. eBook publishing • Brand & Emails The ProjectThe client wanted us to design their coporate brand, website and online marketing collateral. They planned to send out electronic newsletter and emails where the customer could click on a button, which will redirect to a product page or article on their website.
SolutionWe spent time researching customers and competitors providing a detailed customer analysis before designing the brand. Once the client selected a design we went forward with designing responsive website and email templates they can use with MailChimp or other email providers.
